Back in the day I used to beat the skins pretty good but it's been years since I've played, much less played live, so the time has come to put up one of my kits to a new home. This is a Sonor Force 3000 kit. It is a 5 piece set with the shells made from 9 ply birch. This was one of the last series of kits that Sonor made in Germany before they moved their production to China.
I bought this Red Crimson kit in the early 90's and played it for about 5 years before putting up the sticks. It's been in dry storage in soft bags since, and for their age they are in really nice condition. There is some slight chrome peeling on a couple of the rims and a few small chips in the finish, but other that that, they are sweet. Hardware includes bass pedal, hi-hat stand, and drum throne. Cymbals shown are not included but I have a couple extra (a small cheap China crash and a nice splash) that I would throw in.
